dc.description.abstract	Part-time faculty and staff are unable to use the Andrews Student Recreation and Wellness Center. The Ohio Civil Rights Commission dismissed the case of discrimination involving former Center of International Studies and Program director Noah Midamba and YSU. Privacy issues with the facebook social networking website are given. The STARS program, the Student Achievement in Research and Scholarship Program, at YSU is described.
