dc.description.abstract The NAACP stages a march to the Mahoning County Courthouse, which included students from several YU student organizations. The head of the YU chapter of the NAACP, Ron Daniels, was scheduled to present a talk about events in Selma, Alabama involving the Civil Rights Movement. The UCCF announced plans to screen a film on the dangers of alcoholism. The women’s rights movement was criticized on the editorial page. A university television show remained in the planning stages, with its debut uncertain. Dave Culliver was named to the 1964-65 NCAA Small College All-District Basketball Team. en_US
