dc.description.abstract	A community forum discussed the possible renewal of the Northside neighborhood. Problems with Bliss Hall remained unresolved since its opening. The bids for the construction of the new sports complex were 31 percent over budget. Local sculptor George Segal used Bliss Hall as his workshop to create art works for Federal Plaza. The Spotlight Theatre’s dinner theatre production of Noel Coward’s play “Design for Living” was highlighted. A violinist from the Cleveland Orchestra was set to perform at YSU.	en_US
