dc.description.abstract	About $9 million in state funding was earmarked for the construction of the new YSU stadium. Groundskeepers filed an “oral” grievance against YSU. The Campus Day Care center remained open despite unresolved financial problems. A large collection of minerals were donated to the Geology department. An outdoor café was planned for the Kilcawley amphitheater.	en_US
