dc.description.abstract	A rally was held to protest a decrease in the State subsidy by the Ohio Legislature. Playground plans were developed for the Campus Day Care center. The Government Documents collection in Maag Library was to be named after Congressman Charles J. Carney. Dr. Alvin Skardon (History) was honored for his work on William Augustus Muhlenberg. Ex-YSU-OEA president Thomas Shipka (Philosophy) provided his views on the faculty evaluation issue.	en_US
