dc.description.abstract	U.S. Steel chairman Edgar B. Speer was the main speaker for Spring Commencement. A campus-wide emergency telephone system was installed. New publications editors were appointed by the Student Publications Committee. Parking directory Don Minnis predicted an ample amount of spaces for Fall 1977. The YSU Open House hosted about 6,000 visitors.	en_US
