dc.description.abstract	The Mahoning Court of Common Pleas ordered YSU to grant Dr. Winston Eshelman (Media Center) academic tenure. A tuition surcharge and growth in enrollment permitted an expanded University budget for 1977-78. YSU earned a $500 award in a national anti-litter competition. The Community Campaign for a Sports Complex at YSU reached its goal of $3 million.	en_US
