dc.description.abstract The Beeghly Center pool was closed due to a chemical imbalance. Edna Neal, the new assistant dean of student affairs, was profiled. The PBS vice chairman was scheduled to be the main speaker at Summer Commencement. A new faculty committee for the study of non-traditional students was set up. A Dana music student composed music for a competition. A career day for fine arts students was planned. Former Congressman Charles Carney was named an “honorary advisor” to Student Council.
