dc.description.abstract	YSU was to appeal the court decision to award tenure to Dr. Winston Eshelman (Media Center). Construction on the new stadium was to start in the spring. Youngstown was to host the first international peace race, a 25k run. Sir Robert Mark, retired commander of the London Metropolitan Police (Scotland Yard), spoke on crime.	en_US
