dc.description.abstract Judge Sidney Rigelhaupt of the Mahoning Common Pleas Court ruled against the payment of the service fee to the OEA by members of the faculty who chose not to join the union. A debate was held on the subject of instant voter registration. 100 athletic scholarships were awarded. A Schlicker pipe organ was inaugurated at a recital in Bliss Hall. en_US
