dc.description.abstract YSU hired a Chicago firm to assist in setting up a salary classification scheme for hourly, non-teaching staff. The University reopened after being closed for one day due to heavy snowfall. A study conducted by Student Council indicated the need for a day care center. Wages for student workers was to remain the same for the time being. Furnishing problems delayed the opening of the new Arts & Sciences building. en_US
