dc.description.abstract	Action by the Ohio Senate had negative connotations for faculty who declined to join YSU-OEA and to pay its service fee. Construction started on the new Wick Avenue parking deck. Refacing was planned for Tod Hall in order to conserve energy. A “gripe booth” opened in Kilcawley to hear student complaints.	en_US
