dc.description.abstract	The cold winter weather combined with a nationwide coal strike caused YSU to take drastic measures to conserve energy. Classrooms were vacated. Local businesses cut back hours. President Coffelt vowed that YSU would complete the Winter Quarter despite the bad weather.	en_US
