dc.description.abstract Construction of the new parking deck on Wick Avenue caused hope that the tense parking situation will be eased. Dollar Bank’s branch in Kilcawley Center was set to open in March. YSU kicked off Black History Month by highlighting the work of artist Nelson Stevens. A campus blood drive was a success, with 240 pints donated. The joys and sorrows of apartment life were discussed in a special section. Enrollment increased at NEOUCOM. en_US
