dc.description.abstract	The YSU Board of Trustees appointed Dr. Sally Hotchkiss, Acting Dean of Graduate Studies and Research, to Associate Provost and Dean of Graduate Studies and Research. Dr. Victor A. Richley, chair, Engineering Technology, was named Dean of the College of Applied Science and Technology (CAST). Further board action included the promotion of several members of the faculty.	en_US
