dc.description.abstract Ray Galus, a Youngstown University senior and Army ROTC cadet, was killed in a plane crash near Canfield, Ohio. Galus was flying to complete his hours in the ROTC flying program. An investigation conducted by the Federal Aviation Administration concluded that the crash was caused by an iced carburetor. en_US
