dc.description.abstract Due to a mandate issued by Gov. James Rhodes requiring state agencies to reduce electrical consumption by 25 percent, the university instituted energy-saving measures. Specific buildings were closed during the weekends, all recreational and intramural activities were suspended, lighting was reduced and thermostats reset to 66 degrees. en_US
