dc.description.abstract	The YSU chapter of the Ohio Education Association (OEA) defeated the campus chapter of the American Association of University Professors (AAUP) in a referendum called to determine which organization would represent the YSU faculty as exclusive collective bargaining agent. The OEA garnered 195 votes; 141 were cast in support of AAUP.	en_US
