dc.description.abstract	President Jones presided. He reported on the situation on the Community College and flood of applications for fall. Mr. Clark was asked to report on recommendations of the Committee on Constitution and Bylaws. Dean Smith announced that the catalog is to be given out early and to get revised courses to the Curriculum Committee as soon as possible.
