dc.description.abstract	President Jones presided. Bond Issue #1 is discussed. Jones reported on the progress of the urban redevelopment. He also discussed the Blue Shield increase for insurance. Elected members of the Committee on Constitution and Bylaws are announced. Dr. Cohen presented the final report of the Special Committee, appointed last spring, on the Description of the Grading System. Discussion is given about the idea of having a second commencement.
