dc.description.abstract	President Jones presided. Mrs. Joseph Smith is officially the Registrar of Youngstown University. Plans for classroom space are discussed. Mr. Klasovsky discussed the uses of the arboretum which had been donated to the University. Dean Swartz reported on the meeting of the Council on Teacher Eduction. Bids have been opened on the new engineering building. The Annual Alumni Fund Drive is making progress. Discussion on the Community College study nearing completion in the county.
