dc.description.abstract	President Jones presided. Dean Smith announces the election results for the Committee on Constitution and Bylaws. Students have requested that the university arrange to participate in the G.E. College Bowl television program. Dr. Roberts reported on the Curriculum Committee. Dean Dykema reported on action taken by the Academic Standards Committee in regards to the honor roll. Dean Swartz reported on the meetings held by the University Council on Education.President Jones discussed the issues with adequate lighting and police protection for all areas of campus.
