dc.description.abstract	President Pugsley presided. The North Central Accrediting Committee recommended that there should be a re-examination in several years after the new administration had taken over. Concern is given by the faculty over the work load for the new quarter system. Specifics of the quarter system was given. Consideration is given to have one whole summer quarter or two halves. Dr. Cernica will represent the University with the National Science Foundation. Dean Smith reported on the Curriculum Committee.Dr. Behen reported on the Constitution and Bylaws Committee. Dr. Swartz reported on the Council on Teacher Education and the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education has granted accreditation to the University.
