dc.description.abstract	Dr. Pugsley presided. Pugsley called attention to the Senate that there was a tie for representation for the Business and Education Schools. The matter was moved to be discussed by the Committee on Constitution and Bylaws. The nominees for the Constitution and Bylaws committee were announced. Dean Smith reported on the Curriculum Committee. Dr. Pugsley discussed the change over from semester to quarters which will take place in the fall of 1967. Pugsley announced his intention of sending a letter to the members of the faculty and staff. Mrs. Smith announced schedules for the second semester are past due.
