dc.description.abstract	President Pugsley presided. Dr. Behen reported on the Constitution and Bylaws committee moving that "Senate Council" be replaced with "Executive Committee of the Senate." The report of the Senate Council was made by Dr. Philip Hahn. Dr. Thelma Miner reported on the Curriculum Committee. Dr. Dobbelstein reported on the Library Committee and made recommendations on student fines, extra hours, faculty taking out journals, library privileges, xerox faculty use, faculty book renewal policy, inter-library loans, book damage, and staff members leaving the university with library books. Faculty Affairs Committee commented on teaching during Summer Quarter.
