dc.description.abstract	President Pugsley presided. The Constitution and Bylaws reported on revising the Constitution. An Ad Hoc Committee had been appointed to evaluate Dr. Bhagwati Poddar's charges that his rights of Academic Freedom have been violated by the University. The Curriculum Committee reported on major curriculum revisions for the Department of Health and Physical Education and the History Department. Discussion on the 12 hour workload was brought up. The Computer Committee reported on application for use of the Computer Center. Pugsley remarks on the institutional budget and faculty salaries.
