dc.description.abstract	Tom Shipka, chair of the Academic Senate, presided. The Ohio Faculty Council met and officials from the Ohio Civil Rights Commission reviewed procedures which they follow in processing claims. The Professional Conduct Committee continues to investigate an allegation of professional misconduct. The Labor-Management Panel continues its work. The Elections & Balloting Committee reported on at-large vacancies are now filled and to get the word out for nominations for departmental and at-large seats for next year. Undergraduate Curriculum Committee reported on approved courses that have passed the period for objections. The Academic Planning Committee is discussing the inconsistent form of the summer schedule and should have a report later in the academic year.
