dc.description.abstract	President Pugsley presided. The Constitution and Bylaws are working on a proposal to change the structure of the Senate. The Executive Committee of the Senate reported on committee replacements and that all committee and subcommittees should report annually. The Curriculum Committee reported on course changes. A Faculty Grievance Committee is proposed.
