dc.description.abstract	President Pugsley presided. The Constitution and Bylaws Committee reported on the resignation of Dr. Gilbert Williamson from the committee. The Senate Executive Committee reported on the appointment of an Ad Hoc Committee to study texbook changes. The Curriculum Committee reported on course changes and a proposed major in Black Studies. The Faculty Affairs Committee proposed that the university budget excluding salaries be made available.
