Vice President Earl E. Edgar presided. The Constitution and Bylaws Committee reported on motions made in regards to nominations and filling temporary vacancies. The Curriculum Committee reported on course changes and proposed a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sciences with areas in three programs: Civil Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology and Mechanical Engineering Technology. The Academic Affairs Committee reported on the last day for a student to change from credit to audit in a course. Student Senate member, Mr. Gilbert Rondy, motioned to have a committee study the advantages of curtailment or total elimination of the football program. |
