dc.description.abstract	Chairman of the Senate Clyde Vanaman presided. The Charter and Bylaws Committee reported that faculty may not serve on more than one committee. The Executive Senate reported on vacancies within the Senate committees. The Academic Affairs Committee proposed the change of minimum grade point average during the probationary period be changed from 2.25 to 2.00.
