dc.description.abstract	Chairperson of the Senate, Dr. Jean Kelty, presided. Charter and Bylaws Committee reported on the resignations of William Binning from the Computer Committee and Les Bartholow of the Honors Committee. Elections and balloting Committee reported on the election results of chairperson of the Senate and the Charter and Bylaws Committee members. The Honors Committee reported.
