dc.description.abstract	Chairman Clyde Vanaman presided. The Charter and Bylaws Committee reported on two changes in the Charter. Academic Affairs Committee reported on the re-submission of policy statements on prerequisites for 600, 700, and 800 Level Courses and on the approval of three Secretarial Studies programs. The Curriculum Committee reported on course changes.
