dc.description.abstract	Chairperson of the Senate, Dr. Jean Kelty, presided. Charter and Bylaws Committee reported on proposed changes in the charter. The Executive Committee reported on Elaine Juhasz to fill the vacancy in the Educational Media Committee and that the chairman of the Executive Committee be the representative to the Advisory Committee to the Chancellor.
