dc.description.abstract	Chairperson of the Senate, Dr. Jean Kelty, presided. The Charter and Bylaws Committee reported on the allocation of computer time and the wording of the OEA-YSU agreement. The Executive Committee reported on the appointment for the replacement of Stanley Jacobs on the Research Committee. The Continuing Education Committee reported to inform the Senate on various continuing education programs in the state and whether YSU should have one.
