dc.description.abstract	Chairperson of the Senate, Dr. Jean Kelty, presided. Charter and Bylaws Committee reported on the confusion with the YSU-OEA agreement regarding authority for curriculum changes. The Academic Senate had been given an official office in the CAST building, room 1080. Elections and Balloting Committee reported on including all nominee names on the ballot. The manner in which elections were being conducted was discussed. No action was called on the reports for the Honors Committee and the Computer Committee.
