dc.description.abstract	Chairperson of the Senate, Dr. Jean Kelty, presided. The Charter and Bylaws Committee reported on the clarification of the bylaws and charter with discussion that followed. Main concern was for the Joint Committee of the Computer Committee and Data Services Committee.
