dc.description.abstract	Dr. Jean Kelty presided. The Charter and Bylaws Committee reported on revisions of Bylaw 6, Sections 1 and 2. The Executive Committee reported on the appointment of Dr. Largent as chairman of the Ad Hoc Committee studying the relationship between the Graduate School to the Academic Senate and the appointments of faculty members to the committee planning the jubilee ceremonies for the University. Election and Balloting Committee announced the newly elected members of the Charter and Bylaws Committee, Chairman of the Academic Senate and the Vice Chairman of the Senate. Academic Affairs Committee reported. Academic Events Committee reported on distinguishing professors. The Curriculum Committee reported.
