dc.description.abstract	Dr. Jean Kelty presided. Charter and Bylaws Committee reported on changing the organizational meeting of the Academic Senate from May to fall. Dr. Largent reported on the Advisory Faculty Committee to the Chancellor. The Academic Standards and Events Committee reported on the establishment of an honorary title of Mace Bearer (or Grand Marshall) by the University President and discussion on the current audit policy.
