dc.description.abstract	Dr. Jean Kelty presided. The Charter and Bylaws Committee reported on a recommendation to the Bylaws. The Senate Executive Committee reported on the new agreement relative to the policies on grade changes. Elections and Balloting Committee reported on the Senate elections. Academic Standards and Events reported on the proposed "Incomplete Grade" policy. The Curriculum Committee reported. The Honors and ICP Committee reported. Academic Planning Committee reported on its recommendation to the Academic Vice President to be used in the development of the Master Plan.
