dc.description.abstract	Chairman Larry Esterly presided. Charter and Bylaws Committee reported that the ballot for the charter change would be reissued since less than 1/2 of the faculty voted. The Senate Executive Committee reported that committee assignments will be completed by the next meeting. Dr. Beelen reported on the Faculty Advisory Committee. The Curriculum Division reported. The Programs Division reported on changes in programs in the Williamson School of Business. The Academic Planning Committee reported on the procedure for future academic goal setting at Youngstown State University.
