dc.description.abstract	Dr. Rost, Chairman, presided. The Elections and Balloting Committee reported on the elections results of the Chair of the Senate, The Vice Chair of the Senate and those elected to the Charter and Bylaws Committee. Charter and Bylaws Committee reported to have the language changes to the Charter required by the motions passed at the last two senate meetings by ready by the end of the week. The Senate Executive Committee reported to refer the IRS Tax Reform Act, Section 89, to the Academic Planning Committee. Membership changes and replacements are announced. Dr. Esterly reported on the FAC meetings he attended. Virginia Phillips is appointed as Secretary to the Senate and Dr. William Jenkins is appointed as Parliamentarian to the Senate.
