dc.description.abstract	Vice-Chair Baldino presided. Appreciation is given to the Media Center, the Print Shop and Mail Room staff for enabling the secretary to get agendas and information to Senators in a timely manner. A Statement from Dr. Jenkins is read regarding the decision of the Board of Trustees violation of the Sunshine Law and disregard for the process it established for the selection of a new president. Dr. Baldino remarked on recent events. Discussion continued on the disapproval of the Board of Trustees approval of Mr. Dutton as the next YSU president. Suggestion of a new search is given.
