Academic Senate Minutes Meeting of April 05, 1995

Abstract

Hugh Earnhart, Chair, presided. The Executive Committee reported on a report from the President regarding the semester conversion issue. An update was given on the GER Committee activities. Duane Rost reported on the Faculty Advisor to the Chancellor Committee. The Academic Standards Committee made three proposals regarding the credit/no credit grading option policy at YSU. The Curriculum Committee reported on course changes. The Charter and Bylaws Committee proposed to change the term of office of the Senate Chair and Vice Chair to a calendar year of Jan. 1 to Dec. 31.
