dc.description.abstract	Frank Castronovo of the Elections and Balloting Committee announced that Hugh Earnhart has been elected as Chair of the Senate and the following were elected to the Charter and Bylaw Committee: Dan O'Neil, Jack Bakos, and Louis Harris. Aubrey Fowler was appointed secretary and Bill Jenkins as parliamentarian.
