dc.description.abstract | Vice President Earl E. Edgar presided. The revised version of the Constitution and Bylaws did not receive the 2/3 approval vote for passage. An Ad Hoc Committee was appointed to consider the matter of appointment and the terms of Department Chairmen. The Curriculum Committee reported on course changes. The Committee on Student Development and the International Student Subcommittee reported and gave recommendations. Questions were brought up about the Ad Hoc Committee to study the advisability of the Pass-Fail grade. Dr. Shipka made a suggestion to the Senate about the procedures of the Curriculum Committee. | |
