dc.description.abstract	President Pugsley presided. The Executive Committee of the Senate approved recommendations for the Senate Standing Committees. The group also approved the selection of Bishop James Malone to receive an Honorary Degree at commencement. Miss Boyer reported on the Student Affairs Committee and the amending of the Student Disciplinary Code. Dr. Thelma Miner reported on the Curriculum Committee and stated that the committee recommends the establishment of a Computer Science Department. President Pugsley remarked that the Appropriation Bill was combined with the Capital Improvements Bill under a single bill.
