dc.description.abstract President Pugsley presided. Nominations for the Constitution and Bylaws and the Executive Senate Committees were given. The Constitution and Bylaws Committee reported on the election of student senators and the issue with inadequacies and updates within the Bylaws. The Executive Committee of the Senate reported on defining those eligible for election to the University Senate. The Academic Affairs Committee motioned that transfer students be eligible for honors if they have earned 60 or more quarter hours at YSU. The Curriculum Committee reported on the policy for Review of Infrequently Taught Courses. The Faculty Affairs Committee reported on Loss of Tenure.
