dc.description.abstract	Jim Morrison, chair of the Academic Senate, presided and announced that due to lack of quorum, not action would be taken and committees would give informational reports. The Senate Executive Committee reported on "mismatches" between Senate-approved policies and procedures and the University Bulletin. The Ohio Faculty Council reported on higher-education funding in Ohio. The Charter and Bylaws Committee reported on the Ohio Open Meetings Laws. The Academic Standards Committee reported on GER Requirements for transfer students. The Curriculum Committee reported on open versus closed deliberations. The General Education Committee reported on open-meetings issues and the proposal flow form.
