Because of early depe.pturea and late arT'!vale of committee members, a quorum waf not obtained and formal business was not conducted. 2. T. Miner, after cons.!ltation wit:h Dean Scriven, prepared and distributed the attached memo on Statute Of Limitations. The ensuing discussion concerning the memo was unanimously favorable. It was :fe-:lt that: rearrangement into a simple policy statement followed by narration intended to provide answers to the many questions wouln suffice. 3. Discussion was also heard concerning F. Smith's statement on a "Statute Of Limitations tl , see his memo to T. Miner dated February9~1971. ..... T. Miner is to pre;?are fOl'" committee consideration a statement for presentation at our' next meeting on April 1....~1971. She urges attendance at this meeting in that an approved statement on Limitations might be presented to Senate at its May 1971 meeting. 5.
